Digital Crochet- and Amigurumi Patterns
You will receive our digital crochet patterns immediately after receipt of your payment. You will receive an e-mail with the corresponding information for this.
Crochet Kits
We ship your order as soon as possible, usually the next day. This means that in most cases you can receive your order within 2 working days. We have all products available directly from stock. In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, we will contact you.
Postage costs
We send all packages and letterbox mail with PostNL and use the following shipping costs;
The Netherlands
For delivery in the Netherlands we charge € 7.50 shipping and packaging costs for regular packages. For letterbox parcel we charge €4.95 shipping and packaging costs. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €50. This rate applies to both parcel post and letterbox post. Within the Netherlands we send vacuum packed letterbox shipments. This means that small orders fall through the letterbox on the doormat. Due to the vacuum packaging of the shipments, balls of yarn are deformed.
Belgium
For delivery in Belgium we charge €9.95 shipping and packaging costs. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €75.
CALs
Are you participating in one of our CALs and have you ordered a package for it? These will be sent approximately 5 days after the final registration date.
Parcel not received due to incorrectly entered address
Address details must be entered correctly. You will receive a confirmation after placing your order. You can check your entered data via this confirmation. Have you entered your details incorrectly? Please contact us immediately so that we can change your details.Once you have received a message that the order has been sent, we can no longer change this information. Packages with an incorrect address will be returned to us within a few days, together with an invoice for the return. (€ 6.75 package).
The costs to resend the package to the correct address are € 2.95 + the return costs. If you want to cancel the order, that is also possible. The return costs will then be deducted from the amount to be received by you.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Only complete, unused and undamaged materials may be returned. An exception to this are crochet patterns.
Please return your order in the original packaging as far as possible. If this is no longer suitable, or if you no longer have the packaging, please return the materials to us in proper packaging.
Also send the original invoice with your return (you received this by e-mail), or a clear note with name, address, order number and telephone number. This ensures smoother processing.
The costs and risk for the return shipment are for your own account.
